Mr. Jason Leow
Jason is the Chairman of the Speak Good English Movement committee.

Jason Leow is currently the Managing Director, Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications at GIC.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Jason has been in a range of industries, from media to engineering services. He has advised senior executives in organizations undergoing global restructuring, and has led multi-country marketing campaigns. Before GIC, he was the General Manager, External Relations for Shell companies in Singapore. Before Shell, he was global head of marketing communications at Meinhardt. Before that he was Asia Pacific change communications lead at AECOM, based in Shanghai. He has been a correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, based in New York and Shanghai, and China Bureau Chief for The Straits Times, based in Beijing.

Jason is passionate about future-of-work issues and entrepreneurship. He founded and runs a coaching and psychotherapy practice that works with business executives and youth coping with workplace transformations. He is a volunteer at Aidha, a Singapore NGO empowering women through financial literacy and entrepreneurship. In 2018, he was a judge at the Mumbrella Asia Awards.

Jason has been a recipient of the Raffles (Chevening) scholarship, the Wall Street Journal Fellowship in Asia, as well as the New York Financial Writers Association award. He is a graduate of New York University, Goldsmith College (London) and the National University of Singapore.

Ms Audrey Lee
A former Head of Department (English), recipient of the President’s Award for Teachers (2001) and now Master Teacher (English Language), Ms Audrey Lee is interested in the teaching of oracy, thinking skills and visual literacy. She has conducted courses on developing the voice and oral skills for primary and secondary school teachers.
 

Dr Donna Lim
Dr Donna Lim is a lecturer with the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She specialises in primary English Language (EL) methodology courses. Her interest area is in developing literacy with a focus on teaching writing. She has considerable teaching experience with young learners and finds it fulfilling to work with schools to enhance EL teaching and learning.
 

Mrs Greta Georges
Mrs Greta Georges is a member of the Speak Good English Movement committee.
 

Ms Toh Ji Rong
Ms Toh is a winner of the Inspiring Teacher of English Award 2009. She currently teaches at Naval Base Secondary School and is the school’s Head of the English Language & English Literature department.
 

Mr. Patrick Sum
Mr Patrick Sum is a winner of the Inspiring Teacher of English Award 2013. He currently teaches General Paper at Anglo Chinese Junior College and is a Year Head at his school.
 

Mr. Lai Chin Kwang
Mr Lai Chin Kwang served the SAF for 23 years helming various positions from leading people, to strategic planning and operationalizing the training system. He left the SAF to join the private sector in a F&B group. During his stint in the F&B sector, he was responsible for both local and oversea business development, running institutional catering business and growth of company to become multiple brands and concepts. He is currently back to public service to champion a national movement for Singaporeans to live better under Vision 2030 aspirations. Through Sport, Mr Lai and his family in ActiveSG, bond our people, inculcate values and inspire the Singapore Spirit and much more.
